Delivery Safety and Policy
In the current state of COVID-19 affairs, we, together as residents of the world, vitally need to take responsibility to combat the pandemic while taking effective measures to keep ourselves safe.
At KRIMSO, we are committed to providing safely your favourite polos, t-shirts, fashion masks and trousers which are quintessential for your going out shifts, work-from-home calls or staying home comfort.
We suggest you pre-pay your orders to ensure an effortless contactless delivery to keep you and your loved ones out of harm's way. Unfortunately, for the same reason, refunds will not be possible but we will be allowing exchange except face masks which are non-returnable or non-exchangeable.
Shipping and Handling Charges - Rs. 100; and is free for orders above Rs. 1500
COD is available for orders above Rs 500 and till Rs. 9000.
Delivery Time - All orders will be shipped within 7 working days. Delivery in 5-7 days depending upon the geography. Please note, due to several restrictions by various state governments, sometimes it may take us longer to deliver your orders. We assure you the orders will be delivered.
There are still some pin codes where delivery for non essential items is not available. We request you to please make a prepaid order for the same and we will attempt to deliver the order the day restrictions are lifted.
For Failed PrePaid Deliveries
If in case we were unable to deliver your order after three attempts for reasons and errors from your end, we will deduct Rs 150 for charges related to Shipping and Handling, and credit the remaining amount as Store Credits on your registered email.
For Failed COD Deliveries
If you place an order with us, you hereby accept to take delivery of the orders whenever they are attempted to be delivered. The delivery attempts can be rescheduled according to your convenience. In cases of Refusal to take orders, we will no longer deliver Cash-on-Delivery orders to your address/name/mobile number. You will have to make pre payment for all future orders. Our Shipping team will contact you and make arrangements to collect the amount of the order value.
We also request you to make sure you sanitise the delivery packets once received and are taking all precautionary actions.
